The grape blend is Sauvignon Blanc/Gris 85% & Sémillon 15% fermented and aged in half stainless steel vats and half oak barrels. It has this nice waxy character that we love in Semillon blends, textured but fresh and zesty. Modern. Elegant. Easy.
