Ingredients: Dehydrated above the ground vegetables (Cabbage, Broccoli, Mushroom, Zucchini, Spinach, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Celery, Capsicum, Radish, Tomatoes, Onions, Parsley, Chives), Grass Fed Beef Bone Broth, Collagen, Toasted Nutritional (Inactive) Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Black Pepper. 

Macros per 100ml when made up: Energy 15kJ, Protein 1g, Fat 0g, Carbs 0g, Sugars 0g Sodium 7mg, Collagen 1g, Potassium 62mg, Magnesium 1g, Calcium 1g.   

How to use: Put 2 heaped teaspoons of soup mixture (7g) into a mug and add 200ml boiled water. You can also boost any slow cooker dish, or anything that's going into the oven to be baked.
