Every leaf is hand plucked - leaf, bud, and tender stem together - which is why the cup is as clean and bright as it is bold. Full-bodied and refreshing rather than heavy, it holds up well to milk but has enough character to drink black.

How to brew the perfect cup
  1. Use freshly boiled water, not left to cool.
  2. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes depending on preferred strength.
  3. Add milk if you like. It holds up well.
  4. Worth trying black first - the brightness comes through cleanest without milk.
