PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

This is a natural, XXL Mtorolite Emerald Chrysoprase Crystalline Monster Display Specimen from Mutorashanga, Zimbabwe. This is a rare material , has a concave crystalline Chalcedony formation and doesn't normally get anywhere close to this size. Not to mention, this piece is also a Floater, but Mtorolite is normally 1-3 inches, so this is definitely the largest plate we have ever seen in 30 years of buying Mtorolite when it occasionally comes out of Zimbabwe. Also known as Star Chrysoprase, often sold as Royal jade and good translucent material is seen at Gem shows selling at $80 per lb, this isn't cheap from the mine either and we have purposely gone out to get the crystalline plates of this material as unusual and affordable Specimens , or sometimes we polish them. This is a huge 40cm x 40 cm piece of almost 6 kg, which is huge and almost unheard of for a crystalline Mtorolite Specimen. This is an outstanding rare Collectors piece of Mtorolite which would have probably looked much better in my mineral cabinets!
