RETURNS POLICY
1- All our products come with 1 year warranty, unless stated otherwise. Stated clearly on the tax invoice.
2- All warranty/return items must accompany by a return approval (RA) note. Please contact us via email, or telephone to obtain a return approval.
We do this to minimize errors and misunderstanding.
3- Any item returned without an RA note will not be looked at or contact and would eventually be discarded. This will cause delay to your warranty claim.
We will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the buyer sending an unmarked item to our store. The Buyer will need to bare all costs in processing the returned item.

Received giftcard money to replace my plan-protected malfunctioning motherboard
I've been subscribing to the Asurion protection plan for a while. Recently, an Asus Prime PC motherboard I had bought a few months ago on Amazon stopped working well. I ended up considering filing a claim with Asurion to see if they would either fix/replace it or issue the purchase price money, so I could buy the failed electronics replacement component again for my custom-built PC. I went to the protection plan's website and started the claim filing process but couldn't find the category my failed component would be under in order to select it from the drop-down list. I ended up messaging the live customer service. The chat messaging was somewhat slow, the agent told me they were experiencing some communication delays throughout their systems. Ultimately, the agent was very kind and understanding, and completed the claim filing process for me on her side by asking me to provide the necessary info such as the item's product name, date of purchase, price before taxes, etc. I received a printable UPS shipping label in the email, printed it, and returned the item in the mail. Approximately 2 days later, I received an Amazon giftcard code in the email with the dollar amount equal to the item's price before the sales tax. Then I redeemed the giftcard code on the Amazon page and proceeded to apply the giftcard money to my next purchase of a replacement Asus prime motherboard, and it all worked out successfully. Therefore, I had no issues with the protection plan service and recommend it to others.

Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Excellent, prompt, zero hassle protection
I purchased a nice 3D printer for my grandson. He was thrilled and he and his dad used it frequently. The printer developed a serious problem but, thankfully, I had also purchased a three-year protection plan with Asurion. We shipped the printer to Asurion via UPS since they readily agreed to repair it or refund the purchase price. After only a few days, Asurion emailed me that the printer was not repairable. They sent me a link that enabled me to send the full purchase price to my Amazon account. I used it to purchase another printer. I am happy and my grandson is thrilled! I should add that the extended protection did not cover sales tax, nor did it cover shipping cost.

Cheap Insurance - Easy Claims Process!
I bought this warranty plan for a Dell monitor about 3.5 years ago. About a month ago, it started to give me some intermittent problems (very fast flickering & image retention). I tried everything I could to troubleshoot the issue, but it just kept coming back.
I had some issues with logging into my Asurion account because I used an EDU email, which I no longer have access to. I sent a message to Asurion here on Amazon and they sent me my plan details and everything I needed to make a claim within 24 hrs.
Once I was able to log into my account online, the claims process couldn't be faster/easier. I used the chat function and provided the rep with the issues I was having with my monitor. The rep immediately emailed me a pre-paid UPS label to send my monitor to one of their repair facilities. I got another email when my monitor was received stating that repairs could take up to 5 business days. However, the very next day I got another email stating that my monitor couldn't be repaired and they would be reimbursing me the full purchase price. I received another email with an Amazon gift card for the full price of the monitor within minutes.
This is my first experience with Asurion and I'm very impressed. The customer service is top notch. If I ever buy another expensive electronic item from Amazon, I'm definitely buying an extended warranty from Asurion.
