The Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shock is a bolt-on kit that offers position-sensitive damping technology and performance. This patented technology includes regulated ports that allow fluid to bypass the piston during initial travel and force fluid through the piston during extreme compression and rebound ranges. The result is a plush and predictable ride over normal off-road driving conditions, along with the ability to counteract harsh bottom-outs or top-outs that could cause trouble. These shocks are designed with precision-machined aluminum components, race-bred internal valving, and hard-anodized, aluminum-bodied exteriors. They are meant to be installed on 3.5-4.5" aftermarket suspension lift kits using OEM shock pivots. The shocks feature a NEW remote Recirculating Reservoir Bridge and hard-anodized, CNC-machined aluminum remote reservoir with external fins that act as a heat sink to increase heat dissipation and maintain optimal shock oil temperature for consistent damping. The Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks use the same components as our race-winning Trophy Truck shocks, including stainless steel shock shafts, PTFE-lined spherical bearings, proprietary racing oil, and high-temp Viton seals.
