In Tokaido, each player is a traveler crossing the "East Sea Road", one of the most magnificent roads of Japan. Here you will begin an extraordinary journey during which you will discover a thousand marvels. ADVENTURE GAME: While traveling, you will meet people, taste fine meals, collect beautiful items, discover great panoramas and visit temples and wild places but at the end of the day, when everyone has arrived at the end of the road you'll have to be the most initiated traveler – which means that you'll have to be the one who discovered the most interesting and varied things. STRATEGY BOARD GAME: Action spaces are laid out on a linear track with players advancing down this track to take actions. Players must choose whether to advance slowly along the track in order to get more turns or to travel more rapidly to beat other players to their desired action spaces. A PEACEFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ALL: With simple actions and a unique graphic design, Tokaido offers players a peaceful zen mood in its play. Time will be your best means to remain clear-signed, methodical and patient so you don’t miss anything on this unique road but instead can fully savor the experience Tokaido has to offer. Hair removal improvements, ooooh! Ahhhhh!

We were vexed and a little annoyed by that one chin hair removal after a waxing treatment. Lo and behold! Zomchi invented a razor for treatments in between salon wax strips. Painless and easy to reapply hygenically. 🤗

I rarely come across a book that so perfectly balances the technical and the personal in building a startup. Starting a StartUp: How to Build Something People Want does just that. It is less of a textbook and more of a companion for founders who want to build with heart and wisdom.
What I loved most:
Actionable, no-fluff advice. Instead of lofty theories, the book dives right into what really matters: validating ideas, talking to users, iterating fast, and scaling smart. The checklists, templates, and real-world examples make it easy to move from reading to doing.
