Product Description
Rice flour is a fine flour procured from ground rice. It is being opted as an alternative to the more traditional wheat flour because of its gluten-free property. Gluten allergies are on the rise, and with its high wheat content, people are opting for the more favourable rice flour.

Product Application
Rice flour is commonly used in Asian kitchens to make desserts, rice noodles, and soup, and since it is also used as a thickening agent in recipes, it doubles up as a healthy substitute for corn starch.

Health benefits of rice flour
The first benefit, of course, is that rice flour is gluten-free, making it safe for people with gluten allergies or celiac disease.
Rice flour, especially the brown rice flour variety, is an excellent source of fibre, which not only improves digestive health but has also shown to reduce cholesterol levels.
Rice flour enhances liver health, as it contains choline, which transports cholesterol and triglycerides from the liver to where they are required in the body.

Rice flour vs wheat flour
When it comes to nutritional value, both rice flour and wheat rice share a similar composition. Both contain minerals like thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin E. Wheat flour is richer than rice flour in folate, a B-vitamin, which plays a role in making red and white blood cells in the bone marrow, as well as converting carbohydrates into energy. Rice flour has less yeast, which would require you to use more baking products while cooking with it.

Is rice flour really good for you?
Rice flour is ideal for people with gluten-related problems, or for those who have digestion and bowel related problems. However, wheat flour has its own set of benefits, which could make one consider using it over rice flour. So the answer is, it depends on the individual. One should opt for the flour that suits their body better - so listen to your body.

Great product 😎
Im very picky about what products I use , but ever since using this one I really like the way it feels cool on the skin. I would recommend buying this especially if you have Eczema or just looking for something to apply for daily use .

Burns
Maybe once you get your eczema under control with some other product, you can use this for maintenance, but it's an absolute misery if you have a bad outbreak of eczema. I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin. Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. Plus, my acute outbreak has subsided and it's perfectly fine to use now, so just be warned it hurts to apply if you have an active eczema flareup!

Absolutely worth the money!!
I'm 38 and I've never had eczema but I did always have sensitive skin. About a week ago I noticed a dry patch under my eyelid and boy did it flare up very quickly. I tried several plant based products for eczema but it just burned. I decided this product would be my final purchase before going to urgent care. I received this product 2 days ago. After reading the reviews I decided to slowly add this to my skin. Now it did burn on the part that was super worse than the other so I made sure to put very thin amounts till my skin could handle a thick application. Id say I put the cream on about 6times the first day by the next day I could already see the difference the swelling and redness went away. The second day I did the same no more slight burning my skin is still dry but it is healing. I would definitely give it a try if you're experiencing eczema for your first time!

Itch-Free Face :)
This cream made a difference day one! It soothed the skin around my eyes and eyelids plus on my face. I forgot to wash my face one night and my skin was still outbreak free and felt so smooth. I haven't had itchy skin since I started using this cream. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Ouch! I paid WHAT for this?
This "eczema cream" contains alcohol. It says you can use it on your face and body. I applied the cream to my face and it burned my eyes. I then read that the ingredients contain alcohol. It did NOT help with my eczema at all. Everyone's skin is different, but I personally was very disappointed especially at $20 for 2oz. that the product ingredients were not soothing, burned my eyes, and dried out my skin more than it already was.
