Alla vista si presenta di un bel giallo paglierino luminoso e limpido con sfumature verdognole. Naso varietale, intenso e floreale, con prevalenza di fiori di sambuco e biancospino, seguiti da accenni vegetali, erbe aromatiche e sbuffi minerali. In bocca è fresco e pulito, dalla sapidità vibrante e persistente.Un Sauvignon ottenuto da terreni calcarei e argillosi, esposti a sud e da viti di circa 20 anni, nel vigneto Cantanghel. Dopo una raccolta manuale e in cassette, le uve, macerate a freddo, sono vinificate esclusivamente in acciaio per conservare ed esaltare le caratteristiche varietali e del terroir.
Fresco e ben strutturato, il Sauvignon Blanc Vigna Cantanghel del Maso Cantanghel si distingue come un Trentino DOC, ideale per accompagnare crostacei e frutti di mare, cucina vegetariana e primi piatti in genere. Da provare abbinato a crostoni tiepidi con scampi e crema di carciofi.

GREAT SWEATER...BUT...

I really like this sweater and am a big fan of this brand. The material is good quality for what you're paying and the material is soft and comfortable and provides good warmth for those chilly mornings or evenings. So why four instead of five stars? Quite simply, the fit. Although it's a classic style and looks good out of the box, I thought the fit could have been better. I ordered the right size and it actually fits my body well enough, but the overall presentation seems a tad off, especially around the chest and upper arm areas. That being said, it's definitely not a deal breaker by any means and I fully intend to get plenty of use from the four colors I purchased. Just don't be terribly surprised if it doesn't hang on the body qauite exactly as you might have intended. Of course, that's a pretty subjective point of view and yours may be totally different.
