Liquid glycerol for hyperhydration plus nitrate pump support

Inspired FSU Serum is a stim-free liquid formula for pumps and cell volumizing. It focuses on boosting fluid inside and around your working muscles, improving blood flow with nitrates, and helping with hydration during training, without a bunch of extra junk on the label. It's not trying to be your everything pre-workout – it's a targeted tool for performance, and that's what makes it stand out.

The star here is GlycoClear™ at 10,000mg per tablespoon or 20,000mg for the full two-tablespoon dose. Glycerol acts like an osmolyte – it pulls and holds water where it counts for your workouts. You end up feeling fuller, with denser pumps and better hydration if you're drinking enough. Glycerol's been used for hyperhydration (that's super-hydrating) for ages, but powders can clump and be a pain to dose. This high-purity liquid version fixes that and lets you go big on the dose. At the full 20g, it's one of the top amounts in a liquid stim-free pump product.

Next up is betaine nitrate at 1,000mg per tablespoon or 2,000mg full. Nitrates give you nitric oxide in a way that's different from arginine stuff – it goes through the nitrate-nitrite-nitric oxide path, especially during exercise. That means better vasodilation (widening blood vessels) and blood flow, which teams up great with glycerol's water-pulling power. Smart combo: one ingredient boosts the fluid, the other gets it moving. It's listed as betaine nitrate, not just a plain nitrate, adding another osmolyte (water-puller), but it's mainly here for the nitrate punch.

Inspired FSU Serum by Inspired Nutraceuticals contains 100mg Sodium, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 10,000mg GlycoClear™ per tablespoon – that's a real dose for serious cell volumizing, not just for show. Glycerol pulls and holds water as an osmolyte, so you get fuller muscles, better hydration in workouts, and a killer pump when you're staying on top of your fluids.
  • Up to 20,000mg GlycoClear™ at the full two-tablespoon serving – that's what sets this apart. Lots of pump products promise fullness, but this delivers with a big glycerol hit that can really make you feel more hydrated and pumped up during sessions.
  • 1,000mg betaine nitrate per tablespoon, 2,000mg full – smart choice for blood flow in a stim-free setup. Nitrates boost nitric oxide differently than citrulline, giving you a fresh way to hit vascularity (vein popping) and pumps.
  • Liquid form – super handy for glycerol, which sucks in powders due to clumping. This makes high doses easy, no mess, just straightforward use.
  • Electrolytes aren't skimped on. Sodium and potassium citrate help with fluid balance, muscle contractions, and keeping you hydrated for real performance, making the glycerol work even better.
  • Potassium comes as citrate, a solid form for hydration. Sodium and potassium team up in your body, and this balanced approach is way more real than pump formulas that ignore one or the other.
  • Vitamin C at 125mg per tablespoon throws in some antioxidant support for training days. It's not the main event, but it's a useful add instead of pointless fillers.
  • Stim-free on purpose – great for late workouts, avoiding double caffeine, or getting a real pre effect without jacking up your nervous system. You feel the difference without needing to worry about caffeine crashes.

Inspired FSU Serum by Inspired Nutraceuticals contains 100mg Sodium, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in growth phases who want that full muscle look as much as heavy lifts. The big glycerol helps with a rounder, more volumized feel in the gym, and betaine nitrate keeps blood pumping without stims.
  • Evening trainers who need a real pre boost without sleep issues. Stim-free means you get pump, hydration, and quality sessions without caffeine hanging around.
  • Seasoned users who build their own stacks. This gives a solid liquid glycerol and nitrate base to add caffeine, creatine, EAAs, or nootropics based on the workout.
  • Folks who always feel flat, dehydrated, or crampy in long sweaty sessions. Glycerol, sodium, and potassium tackle fluid stuff head-on, not ignoring electrolytes.
  • People who can't handle high-stims but want a noticeable pre effect. It changes workouts via volumizing and flow, not nervous system hype.
  • Physique folks doing high-rep extras, supersets, and quick-rest pumps. Those respond awesome to the full muscle feel from glycerol and nitrates.

How to Use

Shake the bottle good before each use – liquids can settle, and you want even doses. Start with 1 tablespoon 20-30 minutes pre-workout to check tolerance, since 10g glycerol is no joke. If it sits well, go to 2 for the max. Take straight or mix in water or pre drink, but pound extra fluids because glycerol needs water to work its magic. Light food's okay, but avoid big meals that might slow it down. No stims means it stacks easy with coffee, caffeine tabs, creatine, EAAs, or intra electrolytes. No cycling needed for tolerance – use it when you train. Keep it sealed and stored per the label, away from heat.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: no stims, so no buzz – just a solid, heavy feel if you take it straight, especially at full dose. Minutes 10-20: as you start training, the hydration and blood effects kick in more. Minutes 20-40: this is where it pops, with muscles feeling fuller, veins showing, and pumps lasting once everything's flowing. Minutes 40-90: it's about keeping that fullness going, not crashing, and electrolytes help avoid the dry-out. Days 1-7: figure out if 1 or 2 tablespoons is your sweet spot for pump vs. gut feel. Weeks 2-4: no loading needed, but sticking with enough water gets you more consistent, dialed-in results.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much glycerol is in FSU Serum?

FSU Serum provides 10,000mg of GlycoClear™ liquid glycerol per tablespoon and 20,000mg at the full two-tablespoon serving. That is the defining feature of the formula and the main reason users choose it for cell volumization and workout hydration support.

Is FSU Serum a stimulant pre-workout?

No. Based on the verified active formula, this is a stim-free product focused on pump, hydration, and blood flow rather than caffeine-driven energy. That makes it useful for evening training and for stacking with a separate stim product.

What does betaine nitrate do in this formula?

Betaine nitrate provides nitrate support for nitric oxide production through the nitrate-nitrite-NO pathway. In practical terms, it helps support vasodilation and blood flow, which complements glycerol’s hydration and volumization effects for a fuller, more vascular training feel.

Should I use 1 tablespoon or 2 tablespoons?

Start with 1 tablespoon to assess your tolerance to the glycerol load and to see how much pump support you actually need. If you tolerate it well and want the full formula experience, move to 2 tablespoons for 20g glycerol and 2g betaine nitrate.

Can I stack FSU Serum with a caffeinated pre-workout?

Yes, that is one of its best use cases. Because the active profile is stim-free, it layers well under a caffeinated pre-workout or with standalone caffeine, letting you add hydration and nitrate-driven pump support without doubling stimulant exposure.

Do I need to drink more water with this product?

Yes. Glycerol works best when there is enough fluid available, so users generally get better results when they increase pre-workout and intra-workout water intake. Taking a high glycerol dose without adequate water limits the formula’s main advantage.

Will I feel this on the first use?

Usually yes, but not as a buzz. This is not a stim product, so the first-use experience is more about fuller muscles, better pumps, and a better hydrated training feel once the workout starts.

Is the formula fully transparent?

The active ingredients and their doses are identifiable enough to evaluate the formula, which is a major positive. However, complete inactive ingredient data was not available in the source material, so it does not receive a perfect transparency score.

What is the role of sodium and potassium here?

They help manage hydration, fluid balance, and muscle function. That matters because glycerol’s volumizing effect works better when the formula also supports the electrolyte side of performance.

Does FSU Serum need to be cycled?

There is no stimulant tolerance issue here, so there is no classic reason to cycle it. Most users simply use it on training days or during phases where pump, fullness, and hydration support are priorities.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol
