Warranty
Smirthwaite warrants the Brookfield Chair to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover faults resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. If a repair falls outside warranty terms, you will be notified of any charges before service is performed.
We recommend annual servicing for electronic or metal components, and servicing every 2–3 years for wooden parts. Regular maintenance ensures continued safety and performance for your child’s daily needs.
