Issues with your air conditioning in your 3rd Gen Ram 2500/3500 can stem from a few different areas. One of the most common failure points is the heat & a/c actuator. This actuator controls the temperature of your air conditioning system. A faulty actuator will not allow the temperature door to move causing your a/c to be stuck at one temperature. This is a direct Mopar replacement part and installs using the factory hardware. If you are wanting to replace all the actuators in your single zone Ram, you will need 4 of these actuators to rebuild the complete box. If you have a dual zone, you will need the 4 actuators the same as a single-zone. However, you also need one additional actuator (five total) to complete the box. The additional actuator part number is (MOP-05073983AA). The Mega Cab is single zone or dual zone. There are no additional actuators. A linkage rod makes the rear vent door actuate.Shipping Notes

Fits perfectly for my 2017 VW Passat

Bought this for a fraction of the cost. An auto shop wanted to charge me $72.99 for a filter so I bought this Spearhead brand cabin filter and its the perfect size and its just as sturdy as the previous one the dealership had in the car. Not sure yet how the airflow is or if anything different as I have not driven in the car since it was replaced, but it appears to be a very high quality cabin filter for my car at a great price.

Good Quality Replacement for Lexus

Was a perfect fit for my 2016 Lexus NX200t. No tools required. Total of 5 minutes to install. Airflow is good after replacement and the activated charcoal seems to make a difference in reducing any smells from outside. Recommended.

Economical, easy to install, and does the job!

First, depending on your car model, replacing your cabin air filter is VERY easy.
With that out of the way, the shop wanted to charge almost 65 dollars to replace my cabin air filter. Decided to just buy one and do it myself. The only downside of waiting is that the air inside the car is not as fresh/clean when you're running your air. Anyways, you can usually get these kinds of filters between 20-45 dollars from auto part shops depending on the brand and features. I've used this brand and filter for the past 3 replacements on my car and they last just as long and filter just as well from my experience. No issues installing, and does in fact do a good job of filtering outside odors.
Highly recommended for the price!
