An efficient, durable and stylish adjustable power rack and pinion overhead door closer. Suitable for most applications particularly those with constant use where a backcheck (breaking action) is required.  Supplied with an architectural quality slimline semi-radius cover with matching finish arm as standard and supplied with parallel bracket to allow you to mount closer on push side of your door . 

This closer has adjustable power, backcheck, and adjustments for latching and closing speed. Spring strength is adjustable by spring adjustment on your door from size 2-4 for doors up to 1100mm wide/80kgs weight.

This closer has been included in a successful fire test to EN1634 CE Marked and Certifire Approved Certificate Number CF689
