The Story Behind This Vintage Baroque Pearl Bracelet

I wasn’t planning to make this bracelet at all.

In September 2023, I came across a batch of near-round baroque pearls with ridiculous luster – the kind that glows even under gray light. I only meant to “take a look,” and somehow walked away with 3 kilograms of them.

At first, I used these pearls only for earrings – two at a time. At that pace, I realized I might still be using them when I retire. So this vintage baroque pearl bracelet was born almost as a joke to myself… and then it turned out to be one of my favorite pieces.

The pearls are 10–12 mm, softly full and bright, each one a little different. On the wrist they feel substantial but not heavy – more like a tiny row of moons than a strict line of “perfect” rounds. I paired them with a small gold-tone coin charm, and the combination surprised me: the irregular baroque pearls and the neat coin make the bracelet look quietly vintage and romantic, like something you might have found in an old jewelry box.

Instead of using steel wire, I chose a high-quality Japanese elastic cord. It keeps the bracelet secure but also gives a little stretch, so it’s easier to put on and more forgiving in daily wear. The standard length is 17.5 cm, but if your wrist is smaller or larger, you can just leave a note in the cart – I’ll adjust the baroque pearl bracelet to your size.

It’s the kind of vintage pearl bracelet you can wear with a white shirt, a slip dress, or even a simple knit. You don’t have to dress up for it – it quietly dresses you up.

Notes

  • Every bracelet is made with real freshwater baroque pearls, so the shape and surface of each pearl will be slightly different. We select only high-luster pieces, but your bracelet will not be an exact copy of the photos.

  • Handcrafting usually takes 2–3 days, as I match the pearls by color and glow. If you have a deadline, feel free to email or DM me and I’ll see what I can do.

Care Instructions

  • Put on your vintage baroque pearl bracelet after perfume, lotion or hairspray.

  • Avoid long contact with water, strong cleaners, or very high heat.

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing and store it separately from sharp metal pieces.

FAQ – Vintage Baroque Pearl Bracelet

Are these real pearls?
Yes. Every bracelet uses real freshwater baroque pearls, not glass or plastic.

What makes this bracelet “vintage”?
It’s the mix of baroque pearls, the coin charm, and the warm gold tones. Together they give a vintage-inspired look, like an old vintage pearl bracelet reimagined for daily wear.

Will the stretch cord hold up?
We use high-quality Japanese elastic cord designed for jewelry. It’s comfortable and durable for daily wear, but like all stretch bracelets, it’s best not to pull it too hard.

Can you make a different size?
Yes. Our standard length is 17.5 cm, but if you need a tighter or looser fit, just leave your wrist size in the Order Notes in the cart and we’ll customize your baroque pearl bracelet.

Can I stack it with other bracelets?
Definitely. This vintage baroque pearl bracelet works well alone or stacked with thin gold chains, bangles, or other pearl pieces for a layered look.

Toss this printer away
Style: WF-3823
Less than a year old and it will not accept Espon print cartridges. I have googled and done everything possible to reboot the printer, but nothing is working

Huge Step Backwards
Style: WF-3823
Purchased this after my WF-3540 finally died. This is a disappointing step backwards in capability for the price. Printing is at best "fine". Getting good color matching / saturation has been a challenge but otherwise acceptable for general things like labels. Despite the confusing documentation (at the time of purchase), this does not do double-sided scanning. This makes using the ADF for multi-sided documents basically pointless. This will be my last Epson. UPDATE - Months have passed and I'm moving it from 2 to 1 star. The ink cartridges run out quickly and are expensive to replace. The ADF jams constantly on scan jobs. The paper pull from the main cassette pulls multiple pages at a time. On top of all that, when using this with a WiFi connection to your network only, the amount of times that it losses connectivity but thinks it is still connected is constant, and/or assigns itself a local IP address instead of getting one from DHCP results in having to cycle power to get it back working. Trash printer.

Happy with my printer!
Style: WF-3823
great buy im super happy with it, i had a HP business printer for about 5 years and I was unhappy with the cost of my $500 ink. So i decided to just buy another printer with a lower cost of ink. I have the same outcome in the printing, great quality, accurate and bright colors. I was able to print business cards and Sticker labels but you can only add 1 sheet to the printer while printing cardstock or labels or it'll jam. But honestly it doesnt matter to me im just happy i dont have to pay so much for ink now. The sheets take a few seconds to print but this is fine for anyone who doesnt need to rush multiple copies. the sheets do shoot out with force when done printing so the sheets do often fall on the floor but if your sitting near you can prevent it. I am able to print wirelessly from both my laptop and iphone!

Easy Peasy to Set Up
Style: WF-3823
This is probably the sixth printer I've purchased, of which this is the second Epson. My first Epson, which is an earlier WF version, is probably at least ten years old and still operates the same as it did when I first purchased it at least ten years ago. The other three printers were a very well known brand, which I won't mention here, and none survived more than a couple of years each. This brand new Epson WF 3823 took about two weeks to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. It was very easy to set up as it took me all of four minutes to connect to my network and print out my first page. And for $80, I feel like they gave it away.
