Manufacturer's Directions
Shake well before using. Take 1 capful daily (1oz.) with or after meals. Great in juice, smoothies or shakes. For high energy demanding lifestyles, use 1 cap per 100 lbs of body weight. Children use 1/2 teaspoon per 25 lbs of body weight. Color and taste may vary due to natural ingredients.
