The green walnuts, orange and spices of the Nocino, steeped with a juniper forward Gin, provide rich, spicy notes which are brought out by a toasty character. We are presented with sweetness with a bitter edge, raisins, cinnamon, dried berries, a hint of jam and the juniper powering through.
