The dial is gold-colored with the Rolex jubilee design, round diamond hour markers, baguette diamond markers at 6 and 9-o-clock. The day window is at 12 o'clock and the date window is at 3-o-clock. The 118238 is powered by the self-winding 3155 calibers a certified Swiss chronometer that has day-date functionality and a power reserve of 48 hours. The luxurious case is fitted on a yellow gold president bracelet with a concealed fold-over crown clasp closure. It has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet).
