At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
Dishes include:
- Truffle and mushroom tortellini with whipped lemon mascarpone
- Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli served with a sage brown butter and seasonal pesto
This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
