About the Workshop
An introduction to therapeutic sound, designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, therapists, coaches, and anyone curious about the healing potential of sound.
Participants may attend individual modules or complete all five modules to qualify for the Sound Healing Foundations Level One Certification. Those who complete all five modules will receive 15-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate.
This training offers a structured and supportive environment to develop understanding and confidence in working with sound as a tool for relaxation, nervous system regulation, meditation, and wellbeing.
This training blends modern understanding of sound and the nervous system with experiential learning, instrument techniques, and foundational facilitation skills.
Level One Certification
Participants who complete all five modules and successfully participate in the practicum will receive: Sound Healing Foundations – Level One Practitioner Certificate
Instruments Requirements: 1 Crystal Singing Bowl or 1 Tibetan Singing Bowl.
A one-to-one 45-minute consultation to help you find the Singing Bowl(s) that is right for you. We will discuss your goals, answer your questions, and guide you in choosing the most suitable bowl(s) with confidence. The session will be scheduled directly with the teacher.

About the Teacher
Francesca "Frankie" Wong is an e-RYT500 Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Founder of Crystal Bowl Studio. After more than a decade in the corporate world with organisations including KPMG, Citibank, Alibaba, and Estée Lauder, she left corporate life to pursue a deeper path in yoga, meditation, and sound.
Her studies have taken her across India, where she spent over a year immersed in traditional yoga, meditation, philosophy, and sound practices in Rishikesh, Dharamshala, Varanasi, and the Himalayas.
Today, Francesca teaches at PURE Yoga Singapore and facilitates sound experiences for wellness communities, retreats, and corporate organisations. Her approach bridges the art and science of sound healing, combining traditional wisdom with modern understanding of the nervous system, mindfulness, and wellbeing.
Known for her grounded and accessible teaching style, she is passionate about helping others develop confidence, presence, and practical skills in working with sound as a tool for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Francesca has guided thousands of students through Yin Yoga, Gong Baths, Sound Healing experiences, workshops, corporate wellness programmes, and retreats across Asia.
