Deze hydraulische pers heeft een capaciteit van 12 ton, terwijl u maar 75 Nm kracht nodig heeft bij gebruik.
De pers is te gebruiken in alle Mueller/Sauer/Sykes-Pickavant: Persframe, C-Beugel, Aandrijfas-pers, 2/3 poot trekker set en diverse fuseekogel trekkers
Hij is af te stellen doormiddel van de buitendraad op de spindel.

Bij een aandraaimoment van 75 Nm levert de pers zijn maximale 12 ton.
bij meer dan 75 Nm kracht is de cilinder beveiligd met een breekbout. Hiervan breekt dan de kop en voorkomt zo schade aan de cilinder.
Omdat er behoorlijk wat krachten op deze bout komen dient deze goed gesmeerd te worden met bijvoorbeeld een keramisch vet.
Dit smeren bevorderd de levensduur van de spindel en voorkomt lekkages aan de afdichtingen.

Voor onze 609-210 perscilinder zijn 3 verschillende breekbouten mogelijk, afhankelijk van het bouwjaar.
