De geur staat volledig in het teken van patchouli, maar ontwikkelt zich tot een rijke compositie waarin kruiden, houtsoorten, harsen en een zoet-warme basis samenkomen. Real Patchouly wordt vaak omschreven als krachtig, complex en sensueel, met een duidelijke vintage-niche uitstraling die zowel elegant als enigszins mysterieus aanvoelt.

De opening is fris, kruidig en licht aromatisch met een mix van citrusachtige accenten, selderij-achtige nuances en kruidige tonen zoals tijm. Deze start geeft de geur een onverwacht groene en pittige eerste indruk die snel overgaat in een warmere, diepere ontwikkeling.
