Deze exclusieve demi sec schuimwijn komt van de authentieke Kretenzische druiven Vilano, Vidiano en Muscat of Spin. Het is een lichte, feestelijke wijn met heerlijke aroma's van perzik, citroen, appel-kersenbloesem en lelie.

De druiven worden handmatig geoogst in de laatste week van augustus. De druiven worden alle drie apart gevinifieerd.

Tijdens diverse proeverijen is de blend tot stand gekomen waarbij rekening gehouden is met karakteristieken en frisheid.

De roomachtige complexiteit en de fijne bubbels en mousse ontstaat in de tweede gisting.
