Om zoveel mogelijk balsnelheid te genereren heeft Titleist de Tour Soft uitgerust met de grootste kern die de marktleider ooit produceerde. Hieromheen zit een extreem dunne cover, die zorgt voor een zacht gevoel, volop spin en controle bij korte spel.

De 4CE cover is gemaakt van vier verschillende materialen en dankzij een nieuw productieproces kan het dunne en zachte materiaal heel uniform over het oppervlak worden verdeeld. De Tour Soft cover is dan ook net zo dun als sommige urethanen covers op de markt. De 342 dimples bieden volgens Titleist een strakke en consistente balvlucht.
