Deze bakplaat past stevig op alle ModiFIRE®-compatibele grillroosters en biedt twee kookoppervlakken: een vlakke kant voor het bakken van eieren, spek en delicate gerechten, en een geribbelde kant voor perfecte schroeipatronen.

Dankzij het verzonken gootje loopt vet direct in het EZ-Clean™ Grease & Ash Keg, waardoor schoonmaken eenvoudiger dan ooit is. De bakplaat is gemaakt van gietijzer voor uitstekend warmtebehoud en heeft een geëmailleerde coating, zodat u er direct mee aan de slag kunt.

Met ModiFIRE®-accessoires kunt u het kookoppervlak van uw grill snel aanpassen zonder het rooster te verwijderen, waardoor u uw kookroutine eenvoudig kunt variëren.
