Het heeft complexe, rijke aroma's van tabak, bosbessenjam, bramen, zwarte peper, zoethout, cacao en koffie. De verrassende smaken onthullen alle kracht en het karakter van het fantastische terroir van Costires de Nmes. Deze wijn heeft een fruitig karakter, is soepel en zeer aromatisch. Deze wijn gaat bijzonder goed samen met hertenvlees in saus en gevogelte
Zowel atypisch als complex, deze wijn is de trots van Château Vessière. De kleur is granaat rood. Het heeft complexe, rijke aroma's van tabak, bosbessenjam, bramen, zwarte peper, zoethout, cacao en koffie. De verrassende smaken onthullen alle kracht en het karakter van het fantastische terroir van Costières de Nîmes. Deze wijn heeft een fruitig karakter, is soepel en zeer aromatisch. Deze wijn gaat bijzonder goed samen met hertenvlees in saus en gevogelte zoals fazant en wilde eendenborst.
Deze wijn is een blend van 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache en 10% Mourvèdre, afkomstig van klei- en kiezelbodems. De druiven worden 's nachts geplukt waarna zij worden ontsteelt en in cementen vaten worden geplaatst. Bijzonder aan deze cuvée is een lange maceratie van enkele weken, inclusief 10 dagen maceratie na de gisting, wat de wijn een complex en rijk aroma geeft. Daarna rijpt de wijn in eikenhouten vaten van 2 jaar oud. Deze wijn zal zich 7 tot 10 jaar blijven ontwikkelen.
