De ligging van de wijngaarden in Südtirol / Alto Adige liggen perfect voor het verbouwen van een top Sauvignon Blanc. Het klimaat wat heerst in de wijngaarden is uniek want er is veel zonneschijn maar ook heel veel koelte. De koelte wordt verkregen door de frisse wind die vanuit de bergen door de wijngaarden waait. Maar ook krijgen de Sauvignon Blanc trossen verkoeling door de dalende nacht temperatuur. De koelte geeft de frisheid aan de trossen en draagt bij aan en rustig en gelijkmatig groeiseizoen. Als de Sauvignon Blanc druiven hun rijpheid hebben bereikt wordt wijngaard voor wijngaard met de hand binnen gehaald. Dit geschiet in de vroege ochtend om de geoogste Sauvignon Blanc druiven te beschermen tegen oxidatie.Hoe smaakt de Tramin Sauvignon Blanc?
Als de druiven aankomen bij Cantina Tramin Kellerei worden ze op sorteertafels gelegd om een tweede selectie te laten plaats vinden. Enkel de beste Sauvignon Blanc trossen worden geperst en dat merken we goed terug in de zuivere stijl van deze witte wijn. In de geur is deze Tramin Sauvignon Blanc delicaat met aroma's van appel, citrus, kalk en kruisbes. De smaak is mooi fris droog en toont smaken van kruisbes, citrus en gemaaid gras. Another awesome read from Cheyenne Blue!
I loved this book! I wanted to read it as soon as I heard the premise. The idea of taking the chance to be tossed into who knows what setting, even with money involved, is an adventure I would never have the courage to do - but it makes for a fantastic and entertaining story. After winning a "life swap" competition, Hayley, a NYC short order cook and bar tender has to go to the Australian Outback as a jilleroo; talk about a fish out of water! She is mentored by Jenna, experienced ranch hand. The development of their relationship as well as Hayley's evolution as a jillaroo is so much fun to follow along. Add in a great cast of characters, some glitches in the whole life swap arrangement, the beautifully described setting and a hard earned happy ending, and you end up with another awesome read from Cheyenne!

I laughed, I cried and I swooned! can a story ask for more?
Cheyenne Blue has pulled together a most beautiful background for a delightful love story. The style of writing is skillfully crafted and lovingly brilliant, believable and drags emotions through the gamut of life. My heart is full and I am emotionally drained for the night! These characters are so fully realized and fit the austerity of the Australian Outback, the color and clarity is woven in every sense. Yes, I really loved this story.

Fact: You’ll go crackers for Switcheroo-Word
This story is chockablock full: life swap, fish out of water, Bronx to Queensland outback station life, and never-mind the dust, the heat or the flies. Just put on your Akubra cattleman hat, bring plenty of water with you, no need for all the modern trappings of life, and find your true heart’s desire and chosen family. Thank you Cheyenne Blue for this fantastic tale that focuses on what our heart truly needs to fulfilled.

Another great story by the talented Cheyenne Blue. To be honest, I did worry this was going to be a sapphic retelling of Crocodile Dundee, but it was far from it. Very enjoyable indeed.

Great story!
I loved this book. The storyline was so well written and different. I love how authors from other countries portray Americans and this was one of my favorites. I don't know anyone that says some of the things Hayley does outside of the 1980s or any New Yorker that is as nice as her but I loved her character. Jenna and Hayley were great together. The descriptions of the outback
and life on a ranch were so vivid. If you've never read Cheyenne Blue I recommend this book and all her others.
