Een rode Menetou-Salon Pommerais die bestaat uit 100% handmatig geoogste Pinot Noir druiven van een klei- en leisteenbodem. Goed gesorteerd en ontdaan van takjes en blaadjes vindt de fermentatie van de druiven gereguleerd plaats. De uiteindelijke Menetou-Salon Pommerais heeft een fraaie kersenkleur met paarse tinten.
