De trayvulmachine is een universele machine voor het automatisch vullen van trays en kisten. Deze machine is tevens inzetbaar voor het afvullen van potten in trays.

Werking:Lege trays worden handmatig op een transportband geplaatst. Deze worden getransporteerd onder de potgronddoseerunit waar ze voorzien worden van potgrond.De potgrond wordt gedoseerd en valt op de tray en d.m.v. een rotor enigszins aangedrukt. Na de rotor wordt door een verstelbare borstelunit de overtollige potgrond verwijderdvan de tray en hergebruikt in de volgende cyclus. D.m.v. hoogteverstelling is het mogelijk vrijwel elke tray af te vullen.
