Proefnotitie

De Chardonnay wordt gekenmerkt door intense aroma's van appel, abrikozen, vanille en kaneel. De aanzet is rond en romig met levendige zuren en de afdronk is zacht en fruitig.

Over Panamera

Panamera creëert premium wijnen met als doel het unieke karakter van Californië zoveel mogelijk tot uitdrukking te brengen. De wijnen worden gemaakt door Steve Rued, een ervaren wijnmaker in Napa Valley.

Vinificatie

De wijn wordt gefermenteerd onder gecontroleerde temperaturen in roestvrijstalen tanks. Men wil zoveel mogelijk fruitigheid en een mineralig karakter aan de wijn meegeven. Rijping 6 tot 8 maanden in Franse houten vaten (80%) en Amerikaans eikenhouten.
