Wijnmaker Pep Aguilar creëert unieke smaken door het vinden van de juiste balans tussen kracht en elegantie. Met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de wijnindustrie, waaronder jarenlang reizen als wijnconsulent en werken met wijnmakerijen over heel Spanje onder verschillende omstandigheden, heeft hij een ongeëvenaard begrip ontwikkeld van verschillende elementen en bodems. Priorat, een van de kleinere wijnregio's van Spanje met een rijke en intense kwaliteit, trok zijn aandacht en wordt gezien als zijn meest interessante project. De wijnmakerij van Luis Bravo is gelegen in het hart van deze regio, in de buurt van Torroja del Priorat, en omgeven door een ruig en ongetemd landschap. Het terroir, met vulkanische grond en leisteen bekend als llicorella, wordt geaccentueerd door de brandende zon, de koele zeewind, de vochtigheid en de mist uit de bergen. Dit resulteert in unieke omstandigheden voor het kweken van druiven met diepte en karakter. Voor de productie van de wijn worden de Macabeu-druiven van de oude wijnstokken gedurende 12 uur op de schil geweekt voordat ze worden geperst. De jongere Macabeu- en Witte Garnatxa-druiven worden direct geperst. De most ondergaat een spontane gisting in roestvrijstalen tanks. La Font del Mosquit weerspiegelt de complexe bodem waarop het is verbouwd. In de neus zijn subtiele aroma's te ontdekken van citrusvruchten en anijs, kenmerkend voor de grafieten leisteenbodem van de wijngaarden. omg loved the story

I’ve been in a reading slump DNFing so many books and finally found a story to keep me captivated… now with that though there were still some parts that were a bit of a struggle like Tatums struggle with the past trauma she dragged that on for ever I get it pasts are hard to overcome sometimes. But honestly it was easy to get over it falling in love with all these little psychos 🤣🤣🤣 absolutely loved Kodi’s obsession with getting Easton even though he doesn’t know him but smells brownies everywhere and missing the mark it was hysterical.

Omegaverse with rival families.

Tatum is trying to raise enough money to treat her omega mother who has fallen catatonic due to the death of her mate. To make the money she needs she agrees to work at a gentleman's club scantily dressed. There she meets the twin Hayes brothers, Declan and Kodiak, what she doesn't know is that their younger half brother is the high school sweetheart that ghosted her after helping with her first heat. Tatum also meets Easton, the mysterious male omega that pops into her life but she finds herself strongly attracted to.
I enjoyed all the characters, even those that were not major characters, the plot was good, the storyline was well done. I would recommend this book if you liked Omegaverse stories, mafia storylines, and good romance with why choose.

Loved it!

Who doesn’t love morally grey men obsessed with their omega who isn’t afraid to call them out on their unacceptable behavior and make them grovel?
Tatum really is a survivor through and through. She is willing to do anything to get her mother the help she needs, even deal with the man her broke her heart.
If you love brothers playing jokes, crazy stabby omegas and rich men being told no, you will enjoy this book. Great spice and great ending.

Omega survival mode

Tatum is an Omega who has been suppressing herself since she had a heartbreaking fallout after her first heat. The boy she loved ghosted her after it was over.
Tatum lost her father when she was just 8 and her mother struggled to survive until Tatum got to be an adult and was unable to keep pushing. So now Tatum is being the parent and she needs a better paying job so she can afford to put her mother in a care facility until she is better.
When she finds a job posting for Haze Instincts she knows they take care of their Omega staff and if she is a dancer or maybe something more she will be able to catch up on bills and get her mom taken care of.
As she is exposed to a few different irresistible Alphas she is forced to remember who she is and face everything she has been running from. Will she be able to accept all of her Omega nature, get her mother the care she needs, form a pack and let go of the past?
This book was sad and sweet too. Tatum has been through so much and she doesn't know how everything fits together. As the pieces fit into the puzzle she has to choose a future even if it is scary.
I love the ladies she works with at the club. Their personalities are so fun. Also, I love a groveling Alpha. Though Mr. Brownies was a fun twist. I love that the story was comprehensive and filled in all of the missing pieces in a way that was engaging and made sense.
That epilogue was so freaking sweet and an absolutely perfect ending.

I was thoroughly intrigued with this book. It took me a couple of days to finish it, but I was running home from work to get back into the Haze pack. I loved this book and I can't wait for the next book from this author.
