Ingredienten
Whey eiwit hydrolysaat (MELK (inclusief LACTOSE)) emulgator (SOJA-lecithine) plantaardige oliën natuur-identieke smaakstoffen (maltodextrine acaciagom) zout zoetstoffen (acesulfaam-K sucralose)

Gebruik
Neem 1½ maatschepje (30 gram) per dag tussen de maaltijden op niet-trainingsdagen. Op trainingsdagen 1½ maatschepje direct na de training en 1½ maatschepje tussen de maaltijden. Los het poeder op in 300 ml water. Een volle afgestreken maatschep bevat 20 gram eiwit.
