Gebruik
Etherische oli�n zijn sterk geconcentreerde natuurlijke stoffen. Wees voorzichtig bij het gebruik je mag ze nooit puur op de huid gebruiken met uitzondering van een paar essenti�le oli�n op advies van een aromatherapeut. Gebruik essenti�le olie altijd verdund. Een paar druppels in je badwater in een diffuser in je (woon)kamer of in olie om zo massage-olie te cre�ren is perfect.

Hou essenti�le oli�n weg bij kinderen. Als je zwanger bent of als je een hoge bloeddruk hebt hartproblemen of andere medische aandoeningen laat je dan adviseren v��r gebruik. Ook als je een zeer gevoelige huid hebt is het beter om even advies te vragen of een testje te doen op een klein stukje van je huid.
