Titaniumdioxide, ook bekend als Titanium White, is een natuurlijk voorkomend pigment dat wordt gebruikt om chocolade, suikerwerk en glazuur witter te maken. Een kleine hoeveelheid geeft al een stralend wit effect!

Smelt je cacaoboter of witte chocolade tot 35C, voeg de Titaniumdioxide toe en meng goed door elkaar. Slechts een kleine hoeveelheid is nodig om het gewenste effect te bereiken.

Voor 200 gram chocolade heb je ongeveer 5-6 gram nodig. Om 24 macarons te maken heb je 3-4 gram nodig. Om te gebruiken in glazuur of suiker roer je 4 tot 6 gram per kilo door de mix terwijl je de massa verwarmt.

Ingrediënten: Titaniumdioxide (E171)

Voedingseigenschappen: Het is geschikt voor veganisten, vegetariërs, het is glutenvrij en niet genetisch gemodificeerd.


Bewaaradvies: Droog, koel en niet in direct zonlicht bewaren. Binnen 6 maanden na opening gebruiken.

This is a "Go-To" for thinking about Cloud Challenges.

Delivering and managing fully realized applications in the cloud is different. Different approaches to classic engineering problems than traditional On Premise development and different ways of thinking through the problems of "always available" solutions. I'm heartened by the editors commitment to Black Lives Matter and Rule of Law. Mentioned only to balance the concerns from another review.
