This compact rack‑mount monitoring solution is engineered for professional broadcast, live production and post‑production environments where accurate audio monitoring and clear metering are essential. Housed in a single rack unit, it combines powerful amplification, precision meters and extensive connectivity, making it ideal for control rooms, OB vans and fly‑away kits where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised.
A key advancement in this generation is native support for SMPTE‑2110 IP workflows via an integrated 10 Gb Ethernet connection. This allows direct monitoring of IP‑based broadcast systems without the need for external converters, while maintaining compatibility with traditional SDI infrastructures. A multi‑rate 12G‑SDI input supports SD, HD and Ultra HD formats, with a reclocked loop output for seamless signal pass‑through. An HDMI 2.0 output enables convenient video monitoring on standard displays when working with either SDI or IP sources.
Audio performance is defined by a high‑power amplifier driving an internal stereo speaker system with a two‑way crossover and independent stereo subwoofers. This design delivers surprisingly deep bass and clear mid‑range detail despite the shallow rack profile, ensuring reliable monitoring even in noisy live environments. Multiple audio input options are provided, including balanced analog XLR, RCA HiFi and professional AES/EBU, alongside up to 16 channels of embedded audio from SDI and IP sources. A front‑panel headphone output allows silent monitoring when required.
Visual feedback is dominated by two large, high‑resolution RGB LED meters, each featuring 27 segments with precise analog‑style ballistics. These meters can be configured for VU, PPM or Loudness standards, including EBU, BBC and LUFS modes, making the unit suitable for a wide range of broadcast compliance requirements. Each segment is individually isolated within the machined metal front panel to prevent light bleed, resulting in exceptionally clear meter readability.
Operation is intuitive thanks to dedicated front‑panel controls for input selection, channel soloing, mute and volume adjustment via a smooth scroll wheel. Configuration and firmware updates are handled via USB‑C or Ethernet, ensuring straightforward integration into modern facilities. The all‑metal chassis minimizes acoustic resonance and matches the aesthetic of professional broadcast equipment.

Fascinating Social History of the Confederacy
Format: Paperback
This was hard to get into in the first chapter. It became more and more readable. It provides a critical look at the untold stories of women
and slaves in the Civil War-the powerless. It shows how poorly conceived the whole Confederate experiment was. When Jefferson Davis
said that the Confederacy would have written on its tombstone "Died of a Theory", he could have said "Died of Many Half-Baked Theories"
about the rights of the powerful over the powerless. There should be much more written about the social history of the Confederacy. One
of the more interesting points the book makes is how little the Southern people had to do with the secession of most of the states. This
was a tragedy of immense proportions.

What a needed text for the canonical sciences. The glossary and footnote comments were most helpful. The definition of law is most excellent.
