Het wijnhuis is gelegen in de Ribera del Duero. Een gebied dat zich uitstrekt over 22 km tussen Quintanilla de Onésimo en Peñafiel in het noorden van Spanje. De "Cuadro" staat voor het raam van het wijnhuis, van waaruit je de berg Pico Cuadro kunt zien, die boven de vlakte van Ribera del Duero uitsteekt. "
