En daar is deze Riesling Extra Brut en ongelooflijk mooi voorbeeld van. Dankzij de hoge standaarden bij Von Winning is deze mousserende wijn met veel passie en vakmanschap gevinificeerd. Von Winning hanteert bij het vinificeren dezelfde strenge normen als in de Champagne streek. In plaats van Chardonnay-druiven, zoals in Champagne, kiezen ze echter voor de elegante Riesling-druif. De druiven worden handmatig en selectief geoogst. Vervolgens worden ze in de wijnmakerij voorzichtig geperst. Het sap wordt overgebracht in roestvrijstalen tanks voor de fermentatie. Deze eerste vergisting vindt plaats in deze tanks om het frisse en levendige karakter van de Riesling-druif te behouden. Na de eerste vergisting wordt de wijn gebotteld. Het is op dit punt nog een stille witte wijn zonder bubbels. Vervolgens wordt een mengsel van suiker en gisten toegevoegd aan de gebottelde wijn, en de flessen worden hermetisch afgesloten. De tweede vergisting begint in de fles, waarbij de gisten de suiker omzetten in alcohol en koolstofdioxide, waardoor de wijn zijn mousserende karakter krijgt. Na de tweede vergisting rijpt de wijn gedurende 15 maanden "op de lie" in de fles. Deze rijping draagt bij aan de complexiteit en textuur van de wijn.Geniet van de verfrissende Von Winning Riesling Extra Brut
De Von Winning Riesling Extra Brut is een mousserende wijn met een citroengele kleur en een verfrissende persoonlijkheid. Als je je neus boven het glas houdt, word je begroet met aroma's van groene appel, limoen en een subtiel vleugje mineraliteit, alsof je in een boomgaard staat op een zonnige dag. In de smaak de knapperige zoetheid van appel, de scherpe frisheid van citroen en zelfs een hint van tropische ananas. De fijne bubbels zorgen voor een speelse textuur, en de levendige zuurgraad houdt de smaken fris en uitnodigend. Na elke slok blijft er een lichte mineralige afdronk over, die een subtiele herinnering aan het terroir achterlaat. Make your Cappuccinos!

I purchased this after a trip to France. I drank a lot of cafe cremes, pretty much like a cappuccino, and decided I need it in my like every day. Easy to use. Didn’t come with instructions but I was able to figure it out. Takes a little time but works well for what I want to achieve. Love the glass pitcher. Doesn’t spill when pouring. It’s very quiet while frothing super easy to clean. I love it!

One thing however, in spite of respecting the line limit it spills out and you have to clean the whole thing. So don’t fill it up to the line limit.

Thick foam for Cappuccinos

Comes with sevaral options including thin and thick foam, hot milk and cold foam. I used the thick foam for cappuccinos and I was impressed by the consistency. Not so much noise and easy to clean. The frother tools come off easily for cleaning the pitcher.

Very slow--5+ minutes to froth and warm milk

Pros-- Makes nice froth and warms the milk. Both froth settings produce the same kind of froth.
it's relatively easy to clean-- usually just a strong rinse will do. It does fine in the dishwasher too.
The noise level isn't bad.
Cons--it takes between five and six minutes to froth milk. It is very slow. I can froth latte art milk on my espresso maker in less than a minute, by comparison.
The forth it produces is too thick to make any kind of latte art.

What really impressed me is how fast it works—in just a couple of minutes, I have hot, creamy milk with thick, rich foam. The texture comes out smooth and fluffy, just like a coffee shop.
It’s super easy to use, and cleaning it is quick too. I’ve used it for lattes, cappuccinos, and even hot chocolate, and it works perfectly every time.
Definitely worth it if you want something quick, easy, and makes great foam in large amounts
