Al sorso è rotondo, di buona struttura ed equilibrato, dal tannino vivace.Il pinot noir è il vitigno emblematico della Borgogna; questo rosso realizzato da Domaine Roux è ideale per iniziare ad apprezzarne la tipicità. Le vigne si trovano in un terreno calcareo, ricco di argille e marne; dopo la vendemmia manuale, avviene la fermentazione in acciaio, seguita da circa 14-16 mesi di affinamento.
Da provare con secondi piatti leggeri a base di carni bianche e verdure, fettine di vitello o primi piatti con sughi ai funghi.

great flannel

finally, a flannel shirt that is not made like all other cookie-cutter flannels. this one a bit different. body is a bit shorter (1-1.5”). and sleeves, a touch longer, for each size.
plus, it’s perfect thickness for early mornings in summer, or even mid-day in fall.
awesome flannel shirt…. just heads up… order one size bigger than normal, and you’ll love this flannel. (especially for us men & women who have a slightly longer arms than most)
