Praktisch, met de knop bovenop deze pepermolen kan je in één simpele beweging de maalgraad van de peper instellen. Draai de knop in wijzerzin voor een zeer fijne maalgraad en in tegenwijzerzin voor een grovere maalgraad. Zijn stalen maalwerk voor peper heeft een levenslange garantie. Het snijdt de peper in plaats van deze te pletten, waardoor al zijn geuren vrijkomen.
