Wil je je kennis uitbreiden? Kom dan naar onze Instructor training! Het doel: leren op een veilige en deskundige manier het Aerial yoga technieken tin te gaan. Deze training richt zich specifiek op de technieken waarbij op z'n kop wordt gegaan. Je leert over de technieken en over de begeleiding van de cursist. 
De training wordt gegeven door instructor Cai en vindt plaats in Studio ADC’s zusje te 's Gravenmoer (Brabant).
De training bestaat uit technieken met inverts, stands & tumbles. Je krijgt uitleg over de opbouw van de technieken inverten/op zijn kop gaan, (hand)standen en tuimelingen. Ook komt nazorg richting de cursist aan bod. Aan het einde van de middag ontvang je een certificaat van deelname.De training is inclusief instructie boekje met ruimte voor aantekeningen.

Locatie: Studio ADC's zusje - 's Gravenmoer
Kosten: 199,- euro per persoon. Les in groepen van maximaal 6 personen. In combinatie met deel 3 krijg je korting!

PRIVÉ : Liever de opleiding met 2 personen volgen? Dat kan. Kosten hiervan zijn 299,- per persoon Mail naar [email protected] en vraag naar de mogelijkheden.

OP LOCATIE : Des gewenst kan de training op locatie worden gegeven. Bijvoorbeeld exclusief voor jou en jouw team. De prijzen zijn zoals hierboven genoemd per persoon. Korting afhankelijk van het aantal deelnemers.

STAGE : Wil je het lesprogramma uitbreiden met een stage? Dat kan! Tijdens een stage traject word je professioneel begeleid, leer je een lesprogramma opzetten en lesgeven aan een groep. Op deze manier pas je wat je leer direct toe in de praktijk. Na het goed doorlopen van een stage heb je ook een grotere kans dat je mag blijven lesgeven in de studio.

These satin pillowcases in silver are so luxurious looking and feeling! I flop around at night and need a pillowcase like this to prevent the rats’ nests that form in my fine hair. I didn’t see any washing instructions but from experience I will give them a quick handwashing in the sink and hang to dry.

I really wanted to love these satin pillowcases, but they fell short. While they look nice at first and feel cool when you lay down, the material is very slippery and constantly slides around during the night. By morning, the pillowcase is usually twisted or halfway off the pillow. They also feel thinner than expected and don’t hold up well after washing, even on a gentle cycle. For the price, I was hoping for better quality and durability. They might work for occasional use, but they didn’t meet my expectations for everyday sleep.
