In bocca è vigoroso, profondo, caratterizzato da una bella freschezza e da un leggero tannino. Chiude lungo e disteso, su ricordi di frutta scura.È con la volontà di mantenere in vita le più autentiche tradizioni della sua terra che la Cleto Chiarli propone un Lambrusco di Sorbara a rifermentazione in bottiglia, fatto alla maniera del fondatore. La vinificazione è classica, limbottigliamento avviene durante la luna calante di marzo, la tappatura con sughero naturale e la legatura a spago. È a questo punto che inizia la lunga rifermentazione in bottiglia che porta ad un vino molto profondo, leggermente amarognolo e al tempo stesso capace di stupire il degustatore grazie ad una forza espressiva davvero fuori dal comune.
A tutto pasto, il Lambrusco del Fondatore si esalta con piatti tipici della tradizione emiliana, salumi in particolare.

I like the color. Not too white, more of a natural shade.

Size is great, I wanted to use as a throw on a leather ottoman and it fit great. It isn’t exactly the color I expected but it is a neutral cream. Soft and comfortable. Well made.

Is super soft and works for elderly

My mom has been ill and confined to her recliner for sleeping. She developed pressure sores and was in a great deal of pain. We needed to treat the sores and I researched how to prevent in first place and found that genuine sheepskin helps. I had no idea this was a thing. I ordered this for her recliner and a seat one for the car. She loves this. She said she could feel an immediate difference in sitting for so long that she didn't need to shift constantly. I don't understand the mechanics behind why this works but I'm grateful for something natural and affordable like this to offer such relief.
