De druiven die worden gebruikt bij de productie van Anna de Codorníu zijn afkomstig uit twee zeer verschillende teeltgebieden. De Chardonnay komen uit eigen wijngaarden in de regio met het meest continentale klimaat in D.O. Cava, in Lleida, wat de druiven een optimale concentratie, lagere zuurgraad en meer body en intensiteit geeft. De oogst vindt halverwege augustus plaats en wordt altijd 's nachts uitgevoerd om de druiven zo vers mogelijk te houden, aroma te behouden en oxidatie of spontane fermentatie te voorkomen. De variëteiten Xarello, Macabeo en Parellada komen uit wijngaarden die zijn geselecteerd in het gebied Penedés, waar deze variëteiten hun authentieke karakter vertonen. Het hete mediterrane klimaat van de zone zorgt voor een vroege rijping van fruit en garandeert een goede zuurgraad en frisheid, vergezeld van citrus- en bloemaroma's. Nadat de druiven zijn geperst, verkrijgen ze de most. Ze voegen vervolgens geselecteerde gist en de mostfermenten toe bij een temperatuur tussen de vijftien en zeventien graden. Zodra het fermentatieproces is voltooid en de wijnen zijn gestabiliseerd, vindt er blending plaats en wordt de resulterende wijn samen met de liquer de tirage (een mengsel van suiker en gist) gebotteld. De flessen worden opgeslagen in een ondergrondse kelder (bij een constante temperatuur van zeventien graden), waar een tweede gisting plaatsvindt gevolgd door een periode van veroudering in contact met gistmoer. You will not regret buying this blanket!

I was actually looking for a cotton blanket to add to my bed for fall and winter. Then I came across THIS one. It happens to be the exact shade of (“seaglass” or teal or aqua or whatever you choose to call it) blue green that I am currently redoing my bedroom in. It was a teense more than I’d planned to spend on this project. But I was in a splurgey mood so I went for it.
I can honesty say that I’d happily pay twice as much. It’s much more beautiful and much more insanely soft than it looks in the pictures. While I don’t know how the blanket feels about me, I can assure you that I am madly in love with this gorgeous thing!
I can’t wait for it to cool off in Southern California so I can roll myself up in it. Maybe I’ll crank the A/C down to 50 degrees and pretend there are more than two seasons (summer and late summer) in California. Anyway, this would make a great gift. It would make a great gift for yourself. Self care is important! Spoil yourself! You, at the very least, deserve a cozy cuddly blanket. I’m certain that this luxurious blanket will cure insomnia. Maybe even depression. I’ve owned it for like 2 hours and I have a whole new outlook on life! I feel pampered, spoiled, like queen of the world, maybe even like Cleopatra!
I think that it should be obvious by now that I’m giving this furry looking blanket two thumbs way way up!
Sometimes I order things from Amazon and by the time they arrive Ive already forgotten about them. I was anxiously awaiting my blanket friends arrival and I was prepared to be very meh. Not this time! Nope! Best purchase ever! I know what I’m getting everyone for Christmas!
Buy several for future use. This blanket has made me deliriously happy!
Update: After owning this blanket for, like, a while, I still love it. Shockingly it washes up beautifully! A word of advice. Fabric softener is a big no no. It gets the fur gummy and feeling like unwashed hair after a month. I imagine. I’ve personally never gone with unwashed hair for more than a day or two. It is at its fluffy and soft best when you use one of those new Downey rinses instead. That seems to remove all residue and it comes out feeling even better than brand new. A word of warning. Do not picnic on this blanket. The fur will encase and preserve your crumbs better than Tupperware. You may find a lost treasure that you don’t actually want in there. Best used for sleeping only.

So soft and pretty Looks great!

This blanket is wonderful. I'm not sure if it will last or wash well but it's amazing right now. I was looking for something that had a sort of aqua color that would go with my new sheets that are aqua but still blend with my comforter which has more blue tones in it. This worked great as far as the color.
I took some pictures and my dog is in them because as soon as I put it on the bed she jumped up and was like "oh thanks Mom ...I love this" That is how soft and luxurious this feels.
Others said theirs was shedding. I took mine out of the bag and shook and no shedding. I did have trouble getting it out of the plastic and cut a few pieces with the scissors but once I got it started I just pulled to rip the plastic.
I took one pic so you could see the back. I would say it's like a fuzzy microfiber and the color is identical. It's just te right thickness. I love the design. It's warm to lay under but also has a warm look. It was a good value at just under $30. I know some people said it did not wash well but I'll be super careful when I wash it and even though it says hang dry I might tumble on a very low or cool dryer so that it does not mat. If it's a disaster I'll come back to report but prob wont wash it for a few months. Oh and no weird smells out of the bag so that was a plus for me since I have chemical sensitivities.
