Bereidingswijze van porangrijst:

Voorbereiden
Open de verpakking van de porangrijst.

Spoelen (optioneel)
Spoel af met schoon water om de kenmerkende geur te verminderen.

Koken / bereiden

  • Giet voldoende heet water erbij en laat 5–10 minuten staan tot het uitzet.

De porangrijst is klaar om te eten zoals gewone rijst en past goed bij allerlei gerechten.

  • Voeg een beetje zout of bouillon toe voor extra smaak.

Beras porang (nasi diet) adalah pengganti nasi yang sehat dan kaya serat, terbuat dari umbi porang Indonesia (konjak).
