Rosso granato intenso. Al naso è elegante, con un bouquet che gioca su note fini di frutta sotto spirito e sottobosco, decisamente persistenti. Al palato è di grande armonia, minerale, succoso, sapido e lievemente speziato. Lunghissimo sul finale."Il Pettirosso" Arpepe è la sintesi perfetta di due grandi “terroir” di Valtellina: Sassella e Grumello. Prodotto solo nelle annate migliori, l’omogeneizzazione di due areali molto differenti si ottiene solamente con una macerazione molto lunga e un affinamento paziente in botte. Il risultato però merita sicuramente la lunga attesa. Nonostante dimostri, costantemente, al palato il suo carattere, l’armonia e la finezza la fanno da padrone.
Ottimo in abbinamento a secondi di carne rossa e selvaggina, si sposa particolarmente bene con i primi a base di funghi.

Very large capacity. Strong plastic construction. I use an auto injector once a week. This container will probably last me a year, yet it will easily fit in the sharps. Disposal receptacle in town.
