Viva Valentina Pecorino Organic is een biologische wijn uit de IGT Terre d'Abruzzo-regio in Abruzzo, in Midden-Italië, waar de Apennijnen en de nabijheid van de Adriatische Zee zorgen voor een evenwicht tussen warme dagen en koele nachten. De druif is 100% Pecorino, een vroegrijpende, lokale variëteit die vooral op de hellingen van Abruzzo en Marche wordt verbouwd.

De wijngaarden zijn aangeplant volgens de traditionele Abruzzo tendone-methode op middelhoge hellingen. De wijn ontwikkeld zich in koele, temperatuurgecontroleerde roestvrijstalen tanks en de gehele productie is biologisch gecertificeerd.

In de rijke fruitigheid van de wijn zijn aroma's van gele pruim, peer, appel en perzik te herkennen. De frisse zuurgraad zorgt voor een aangename afdronk, waardoor de wijn perfect bij het aperitief of het diner past.

Viva Valentina Pecorino is een heerlijke begeleider van zalm met citroen en kruiden, gebakken witvis, gegrilde garnalenspiesjes, kip- en groentepasta, geitenkaas- en perensalade, geroosterde groenten en diverse groente- en pastagerechten. Serveer gekoeld, op ongeveer 8-10 °C.

The wrinkle resistant feature actually works only on paper, wrinkle resistant is only a slab of steel or rubber, though after a good steam iron it keeps the shape for a while. The regular fit M is true to size and gives a clean, relaxed look without feeling boxy or too tight. I wore it to work and later out for dinner, and it still looked sharp by the end of the day. Love the Lavender White Windowpane color it is subtle & stylish. It adds a little personality while still being professional. The stitching and buttons feel solid, and after washing, the shirt held its shape and color well. - 2 ⭐⭐ Here is the big critic, I liked the shirt, but it came stained there is a big stain on a sleeve, & I am not sure if it will come off, this is the second on I ordered because the first one was also stained, it seems like some oil or rust ingrained into the fabric, I can understand the first shirt was "used like new", but the second one supposed to be new, yet it is stained, a lot of loose threads, weird seams and stains. As I said this shirt justifies itself only at the discounted price. I did my best to show it in pictures, alas not the way I wanted, it is more visible in person.
