Deze complete set combineert geborsteld roestvrij staal met een slimme meerlaagse opbouw, waardoor warmte snel en gelijkmatig verdeeld wordt. Sterk rvs met slimme 3 ply warmteverdeling

Deze pannen horen bij de BK Maestro 3-Ply serie, ontwikkeld met driesterrenchef Peter Goossens. Ze zijn opgebouwd uit drie lagen materiaal: twee lagen RVS met daartussen een aluminium kern. Dat zorgt voor snelle opwarming en een gelijkmatige warmteverdeling over de hele bodem. Hierdoor kun je sauzen rustig laten binden, groenten gelijkmatig garen en aardappelen of soep stabiel doorkoken zonder grote temperatuurpieken.

Geschikt voor elke keuken en gemaakt voor intensief gebruik

De BK Maestro RVS pannen zijn gemaakt voor dagelijks, intensief gebruik. Het roestvrijstalen oppervlak is krasbestendig en kan goed tegen metalen keukengerei. De set is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen, waaronder inductie, en kan ook de oven in tot 220 graden. Na het koken is schoonmaken eenvoudig, want de pannen mogen in de vaatwasser. Met stevige RVS grepen, bijpassende deksels en een professionele afwerking haal je een set in huis waar je jarenlang op kunt vertrouwen, inclusief 15 jaar garantie.

All in all, this was a great purchase and I would highly recommend YND suits.
