Al palato ha struttura e corpo, è ampio e intenso, con una buona concentrazione di aromi, bella trama tannica e acidità che rinfresca il palato. Finale lungo e persistenteIl Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG di Castellin Villa è prodotto con le uve di vigneti che hanno unetà media di 15/25 anni, coltivati con esposizioni nord-ovest, sud est a unaltitudine di 250/320 metri sul livello del mare. La fermentazione alcolica, della durata di 12/14 giorni, è attivata con lieviti indigeni e viene svolta in vasche dacciaio alla temperatura controllata di circa 28/30 C°. Il vino riposa poi in grandi botti di rovere di Slavonia per un periodo di 24/36 mesi. Una volta imbottigliato, il vino continua laffinamento con una sosta in cantina di 12 mesi prima di essere messo in vendita. E un vino dal grande potenziale dinvecchiamento.
E un vino che si abbina molto bene alle carni rosse: tagliata di manzo, bistecca fiorentina, carni miste alla griglia. Ottimo anche per accompagnare piatti di selvaggina.

I love it but wish the tubes the bracelets slide onto were a bit smaller. It’s difficult to fit cuffs on without having to bend them and I don’t even have small wrists. Very pretty and fits a lot of cuffs and bracelets.
