Oraal: 1 à 2 x per dag 1 druppel. Te nemen verdund in een lepel honing of in een kruideninfusie.
Huid: massage, bad: 2 à 5 druppels per 10 ml plantaardige olie.

Verstuiven: 5 à 10 druppels in functie van uw voorkeur of van de grootte van de kamer.
