Uiteindelijk ontstaat hieruit een heel fraaie goudgele witte wijn met een vleug rijp wit fruit en een toast van de houtrijping. Hij staat tintelend fris in het glas, als aperitief of reuze spannend bij een fraai stuk zalm of kabeljauw.  Schenken op een temperatuur van 12 graden.
