Al naso si distinguono profumi di fiori di biancospino, miele d'acacia, note di frutta esotica; al palato è morbido, avvolgente, equilibrato da freschezza e sapidità.Il Roero Arneis "Val di Tana" è realizzato dalla cantina piemontese Fontanafredda utilizzando uve arneis in purezza, provenienti da vigne poste su terreni sabbiosi, ricchi di marne calcaree. Una parte dell'uva viene fatta fermentare a grappolo intero, per esaltarne le caratteristiche varietali; al termine dell'affinamento in acciaio, che avviene sulle fecce fini, i due vini vengono assemblati per ottenere il prodotto finale.
Ideale con i crudi di mare, o con del pollo al limone.
