Beschrijving ECM Casa V

De ECM Casa V is een compacte, single boiler espressomachine in hoogwaardig glanzend RVS. Met slechts 21 cm breed, past de Casa V in elke keuken. Maar laat zijn kleine verschijning je niet voor de gek houden, de ECM Casa V is namelijk een echte krachtpatser die snel opwarmt: in maar liefst 5-7 minuten!

Met de ECM Casa V maak je in een handomdraai een heerlijke espresso of cappuccino. Omdat de Casa V een single boiler espressomachine is, kun je niet tegelijkertijd de espresso zetten en de melk voor je cappuccino opschuimen. We adviseren eerst de espresso te zetten en vervolgens kun je binnen 1-2 minuten de melk naar wens opschuimen.

De pompdruk kun je zelf in stellen, via de schroef onder het kopjesplateau op de bovenzijde. Of je de juiste druk hebt tijdens de extractie is af te lezen van de pompdruk manometer aan de voorzijde.

Ook de Casa V is met de handgemaakt volgens de hoge standaarden van ECM. De klassieke drukgroep is vervaardigd van massief messing, de filterdrager is ergonomisch en net als de rest van de machine zeer fraai afgewerkt. Op het metalen rekje op de bovenzijde van de machine kun je een ruime hoeveelheid porselein voorverwarmen.

Het 2,8 liter waterreservoir bevindt zich onder de afneembare koppenwarmer en is zelf ook uitneembaar voor het vullen en reinigen.

This suit was a time-saver! My wife ordered a tux that wasn't going to make it for a formal occasion, so this was ordered and came within three days.
